1) Within 7 days: no reason required, 100% refund of the actual amount paid.
2) 8–30 days: provide a failed transcript and identity verification, and receive a 50% refund of the actual amount paid. For refunds due to other reasons, provide relevant supporting documents, and receive a 40% refund of the actual amount paid.
3) 31–180 days: if the exam was not passed, provide a transcript and identity verification, and receive a 30% refund of the actual amount paid. For refunds due to other reasons, provide relevant supporting documents, and receive a 20% refund of the actual amount paid.
4) No refunds are available after 180 days.
Note: The name on the transcript must match the name on the identity verification document.

4) 31–180 days: if the exam was not passed, provide a transcript and identity verification, and receive a 30% refund of the actual amount paid.
Refund: $47.20 * 30% = $14.16
5) 31–180 days: refund due to other reasons, provide relevant supporting documents, and receive a 20% refund of the actual amount paid.
Refund: $47.20 * 20% = $9.44


If Online and PDF were purchased, the total actual amount paid was $55.20, and the Online payment amount was $55.20/2 = 27.6. The PDF purchase is non-refundable.
